Each apartment in the Residence Belvedere has the following: Ø Kitchenette with kitchenwareØ FridgeØ Independently controlled air-conditioning and heating unitØ SafeØ Washing machineØ Hair dryerØ Telephone with direct connection to external lineØ Satellite TVØ VerandaØ Bed and bathroom linen, changed weeklyØ Electricity, water and gas consumption
Equipment and services included:
- Equipped kitchenette;
- Fridge;
- Air-conditioner with heat pump unit;
- Safe;
- Washing machine;
- Hairdryer;
- Direct telephone line;
- Satellite TV; - Veranda;
- Bed linen and towels are changed weekly;
- Water, electricity and gas consumption;
- Car park;
- Cleaning before arrival and after departure.
Excluded services, against payment:
- Bed linen (changed on request, per person): € 7,00;
- Towels (changed on request, per person): € 7,00;
- Foldable baby cot: € 35,00 per week;
- Kitchenette cleaning if not carried out by the customer, or in case it is unsatisfactory at unquestionable judgement of the Administration: € 35,00;
- Breakages and/or equipment not returned: as of the price list that was given on arrival;
- Beach services as of effective price list and according to the position.
Excluded services:
kitchen linen, not available not even on request.
