Hotel del Faro has a beautiful restaurant with views over the bay of Pugnochiuso and the cliff of Portopiatto. Guests can choose from a wide range of local culinary specialities.

International buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant by the main pool offering an amazing view.
Lunch - a choice between a light snack by the pool or a buffet lunch in the main restaurant is available.
Dinner - a varied buffet in the main restaurant, will offer a wide range of national and local dishes.

A selection of Italian wines recommended by our Restaurant Manager are available to enhance the special dishes.

Alternatively the outdoor “ Belvedere “ restaurant offering A’ La Carte menu will spoil our guests with an amazing “Natural Environment” (open only in July & August). Reservations and supplement required. Convenient opening hours of the restaurant ensure that guests can enjoy their vacation with the utmost freedom.

During the months of July and August, in addition to the varied list of events scheduled in the Entertainment program, guests are invited to two themed dinners ( “Typical Apulia Style”, and “Neptune”) and to a Farewell Gala Dinner.
