BOOKING TERMS
The booking request shall be submitted on the relevant forms, which has to be filled in in every of its parts. The acceptance of the booking is subject to confirmation in writing by Albarella SpA and/or by Pugnochiuso Gruppo Marcegaglia SrL.
PAYMENT TERMS
On the confirmation of the booking by Albarella SpA and/or by Pugnochiuso Gruppo Marcegaglia SrL, the amount which shall be remitted as a confirmatory deposit shall be mentioned.
The rest of the sum shall be remitted 30 days prior initial date of the ooked holiday. The amount in object shall be kept as caution till the date the guest is expected to arrive.

CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL
Those guests cancelling their holiday before it actually starts shall be required to pay a penalty as explained hereafter:

until 30 days before the agreed arrival date: 10% of the stay pricec; from 29 to 15 days before the agreed arrival date: 20% of the stay price; from 14 to 9 days before the agreed arrival date: 30% of the stay price; from 8 to 4 days before the agreed arrival date: 50% of the stay price; from 3 to 1 day before the agreed arrival date: 80% of the stay price.
If no show is the case, the whole amount shall be kept and in case the
guest fails to give notice, Albarella SpA and/or Pugnochiuso
Marcegaglia SrL shall be entitled to the amount from the following day.
PENALTY FOR PRACTICAL OPERATIONS
In case the guest does not show up or fails to give notice he/she is not coming, in case of variations on confirmed bookings or in case of withdrawal, the guest shall be charged 50,00 Euros as practical operations, in addition to the penalty to be paid in case of withdrawal.

COMPLAINTS
The guest shall communicate in writing any vice in the tourist package as soon as the vice takes place and, anyway, not later than the departure date.
The person booking the holiday declares to accept all terms and conditions stated here above and commits also the persons stated on the booking form.
