CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients who cancel their bookings prior to the beginning of their stay shall be charged a cancellation fee, calculated as follows:
- up to 30 days prior to date of arrival: 10% of holiday price;
- between 29 and 15 days prior to date of arrival: 20% of holiday price;
- between 14 and 9 days prior to date of arrival: 30% of holiday price;
- between 8 and 4 days prior to date of arrival: 50% of holiday price;
- between 3 and 1 days prior to date of arrival: 80% of holiday price.
Should the client fail to appear, the entire amount shall be witheld and, in case of lack of advance notice, Albarella S.p.A. and/or Pugnochiuso Gruppo Marcegaglia S.r.l. and/or Le Tonnare managed by Pugnochiuso Gruppo Marcegaglia S.r.l. may resell the accomodation from the following day.

CANCELLATION FEES
In the case of failure to appear without advance notice, of changes of final bookings and cancellation, the client shall be charged € 50,00 for administrative expenses in addition to the cancellation fees.

COMPLAINTS
Under penalty of forfeiture,Clients are required to notify in writing, in the form of compliant, any problems in the holiday package, when they occur or, at the latest, on the day of departure. The Clients must declare that he/she undertakes to comply with all contract conditions and accepts responsibility for the other persons indicated in the booking application form.

PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT
All personal data shall be processed in compliance with the Law No.13 D.Lds 196/2003. Albarella S.p.A. and/or Pugnochiuso Gruppo Marcegaglia S.r.l. and/or Le Tonnare managed by Pugnochiuso Gruppo Marcegaglia S.r.l. hereby guarantee maximum confidentialitystoring these data.
