Along with almost 150 km of bays, beaches and coves, Gargano also comprises the impenetrable woods of the Umbrian Forest.

The mystical and medieval villages of San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo and a long series of Roman, Daunian (who inhabited the area in 1st millennium b.C), Suevian, Norman vestiges and sites ...
Along with sea food, medal-winning oil and wine, you can also taste cheese and sausages from the mountainous villages, fruit and vegetables of a world which is at one time seafaring and rural.

Looking out onto the horizon of the sea with the fragrances of the Umbrian Forest … this is Gargano!
