The Pugnochiuso Resort comprises  of villas, hotels and private properties managed by various tenants’ associations. Additional facilities and services are owned by the Marcegaglia Group such as the 4* Hotel Del Faro, 3* Hotel degli Ulivi,  Villette delle Macine, Residence Belvedere, the Conference Centre, and the Shopping Centre "La Piramide"  which are managed and promoted under the brand name "MARCEGAGLIA tourism".

Admittance to the Resort is restricted by a gate: only the guests who, for example, have a hotel booking are admitted. Next to the gate is the porter’s lodge of the resort. The territory is about 150 ha. and is crossed by about 20 km of roads that connect the various facilities. The shuttle bus easily takes our guests from one place of the resort to another and allows them to leave their cars at the specially reserved car park by the porter’s lodge. The diverse residential facilities inside the resort pleasantly coexist with the holiday village life arranged in summer for the MARCEGAGLIA tourism’s guests.
