Under the “residence formula” (residential hotel formula), Villette delle Macine and Resedence Belvedere, do not require extra charges.
A deposit of €200,00 is required for each flat. The deposit will be returned upon check out before departure.

Weekly stays from Sunday 4.00 p.m. to Sunday 10.00 a.m. On request and according to availability or according to the facility needs, guests may arrive/leave on Saturdays or midweek days.

ANIMALS:
Guests can keep small-sized animals at Villette delle Macine and Belvedere Apartment hotel del Belvedere; it is forbidden to take animals in the common areas (swimming pool, hall, beach, restaurant etc.). Animals must not cause inconvenience or endanger the other guests. Animals must be kept according to the effective laws, without offending common decency; each owner, if necessary, will have to clean up the areas where animals are taken.

cars are forbidden inside the centre. Guests are offered a shuttle bus service from 8.00 a.m. to 1:00 am. The shuttle bus service links all complexes all day round.

cars must be parked, on arrival, at one of the two capacious, unattended car parks inside the centre, by the entrance of the Resort.
