The Residences, built in 2004, are located in the highest section of the Resort, close to the Villette delle Macine. Surrounded by dense Mediterranean marquis but only a short stroll from the centre of the resort.
The area is surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis, century-old pines and olive trees.
Each flat is built as a terraced-house, each has its own outdoor veranda and each is 500 metres from the beach.
TYPES OF APARTMENT:
The 37 apartments offer three different options: studio-flat, studio and one bedroom, studio and two bedrooms.
One-room apartment: for 2/3 people (approx. 35-square-metre veranda included) dining and sleeping room with a double sofa-bed, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a veranda equipped with table and chairs.
Two-room apartment: for 4 people (approx. 50-square-metre veranda included) with one double room, one dining and sleeping room with double sofa-bed, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a veranda equipped with table and chairs.
Three-room apartment: for 7 people (approx. 85-square-metre veranda included) with two double rooms, one dining and sleeping room with double sofa-bed, equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and a large veranda equipped with table and chairs.
