The assistance and the services for the guests staying in these villas are provided by the degli Ulivi Hotel.
Services not included (extra charges):
Midweek extra cleaning (linen included): € 45.00 for studio, € 65.00 for one bedroom villa/apartment and € 80.00 for two bedroom villa/apartment. This service does not include kitchen linen. Fold away cot: € 100.00 per week. Small animals: € 60 per week. Wi-Fi access. Breakages / equipment not returned: Refer to price list given on arrival. Meal packages for the Ulivi Restaurant; available 7 meal tickets at a cost of €170; can be obtained from the reception of the Ulivi Hotel.
Caution money as of € 200,00 is required for each flat.
