Each villa is fully equipped to offer our guests an independent holiday period: For 2008 the villas will be offerd as part of the “Residence Formula” (residential hotel formula).

Equipment for each villa:
- Equipped kitchenette;
- Air-conditioner with heat pump unit;
- Equipped porch; - Outdoor barbecue;
- Safe;
- Microwave oven;
- Washing machine;
- Hairdryer;
- Equipped sun roof (sunshade and 2 sun loungers);
- Direct telephone line;
- Satellite TV;
- Veranda;
- Bed linen and towels are changed weekly;
- Water, electricity and gas consumption;
- Car park;
- Cleaning before arrival and after departure.
Excluded services, for a fee:
- Bed linen (changed on request, per person): € 7,00;
- Towels (changed on request, per person): € 7,00;
- Foldable baby cot: € 35,00 per week;
- Kitchenette cleaning if not carried out by the customer, or in case it is unsatisfactory at unquestionable judgement of the Administration: € 35,00;
- Breakages and/or equipment not returned: as of the price list that was given on arrival;
- Beach services as of effective price list and according to the position.
Excluded services:
kitchen linen, not available not even on request.
