Each villa is fully equipped to offer our guests an independent holiday in a “Residence Formula”.
Equipment for each villa:

air-conditioning;
outdoor barbecue;
safe;
hairdryer;
direct telephone line;
satellite TV;
micro wave;
bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
The assistance and the services for the guests staying in these villas are provided by the degli Ulivi Hotel.
STAYS:
weekly stays from Sunday 4.00 p.m. to Sunday 10.00 a.m. On request and according to availability or according to the facility needs, guests may arrive/leave on Saturdays or midweek days.
Excluded services, against payment:
extra cleaning service during the week (linen included): € 45,00 for one room flats, € 65,00 for two room flats and € 80,00 for three room flats. Kitchen linen is not available;
foldable baby cot: € 100,00 per week;
breakages and/or equipment not returned: as of the price list that was given on arrival.
Caution money as of € 200,00 is required for each flat.
